Introduction

Welcome to Chef Irina Restaurant LLC. By accessing or using our website (order.chefirina.kitchen) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Chef Irina Restaurant LLC is committed to providing authentic Russian and Slavic cuisine with excellent service. These terms govern your use of our online ordering platform, payment processing, delivery services, and all related services.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or identification of fraud.

Order confirmation will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp to the contact information provided. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

Minimum order values may apply for delivery orders. These will be clearly displayed during checkout.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other major payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners (Stripe, MPGS, Ziina) and comply with PCI DSS standards.

Credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, or rented to any third parties.

Prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before order processing begins. For card payments, the cardholder must use their own card for purchases.

We deliver within our designated delivery zones in Dubai. Delivery charges and minimum order values may vary based on your location and will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or high order volumes. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may result in order cancellation without refund.

For pickup orders, please collect within the specified time window. Uncollected orders after 30 minutes may be disposed of.

Before Order Preparation: Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is made before the kitchen begins preparation. Contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.

After Order Preparation: Once food preparation has started, cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided.

During Delivery: Orders that are already out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as ingredient unavailability, kitchen emergencies, or force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

Quality Issues: If you receive an order that is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess and offer a replacement or refund.

Missing Items: For missing items, contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. We will arrange for the missing item to be delivered or provide a refund for that item.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Refunds to credit/debit cards may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-refundable: Refunds will not be provided for orders cancelled after preparation has begun, change of mind after delivery, incorrect address provided by customer, or items consumed before complaint.

Our food may contain allergens including but not limited to nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and shellfish. If you have food allergies, please inform us before placing your order.

While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens due to shared kitchen equipment. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws. Your information is used solely for order processing, delivery, and communication purposes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
